Your jewellery is valuable, and it is cared for!
Only insured valuable shipping services such as Fedex, UPS, BVC Brinks, and others are used to ship your diamonds or jewellery. The default shipping methods are determined by the value of the item and whether you are in India or outside. Because Fedex does not send valuables within India, it is exclusively utilised for overseas shipping. For customers in India, Vernive ships using fully insured trade logistics services. The default shipping methods are listed below. If you think it's necessary, you can upgrade the shipping method during the checkout process. Please keep in mind that we don't charge extra for standard delivery options.

Shipping to other countries (Outside India)
Free UPS Valuable Shipping for orders above ₹ 1,00,000. Most locations will receive their order within 5-7 working days of dispatch. For an extra fee, you can upgrade to FedEx.
Chargeable UPS Valuable Shipping if the value is less than ₹ 1,00,000. Most locations will receive their order within 5-7 working days of dispatch. For an extra fee, you can upgrade to FedEx.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
All products with an Indian delivery address are sent via fully insured trade parcels, Registered Post, or insured jewellery logistics services.
We only ship through reputable logistics partners such as Sequel Logistics, Blue Dart, DHL, BVC, and India Post to ensure that your product arrives on time and in good condition. While we will make every effort to ship all goods in your order together, due to product characteristics or availability, this may not always be possible. Please do not accept the product if you believe it is not in excellent condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged. You can phone our customer services (09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), click to chat on your screen, or email us with your order number in the subject line. We will make every attempt to ensure that a replacement shipment is sent. All shipments are completely insured and require the recipient's signature confirmation. Your order will only be dispatched once your payment has been approved by the issuing bank.
All orders for delivery within India are eligible for free shipping. We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered accurately, in good condition, and on time. Currently, we only deliver to a few cities in India. Shipping time for "Available in Stock" items is 3 - 5 business days for all cities in India, and delivery time for pin codes outside of cities may take up to 7 business days, but we will try to complete the delivery within 5 business days, and 10 - 15 business days for "Custom Design" or Made To Order items for cities all over India. Only a few cities are served by Vernive.
