Returns And Exchange
Our primary goal at Vernive is to deliver the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times. After you purchase from us, if you are not completely satisfied with any item we will gladly offer you a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order except ₹ 50,000. Amount above 50,000 is eligile for exchange only.
For your items to qualify for a full refund they must be in their original sellable state and be sent back with all the accompanied certificates and in original packaging.
In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
Return Procedure
If you happen to be dissatisfied with the jewellery you received upon delivery, you can login to your vernive account and visit My Orders. Here you will have the option to request return for your order with relevant reasons for your dissatisfaction.
You should package your item(s) in their original packaging and include any accompanying certificates. Include a covering letter explaining the reason for the return, and your contact details so that we can quickly process your return/exchange request.
Do not use cello tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.

Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.
